Who we are

Apex Web Studio is an independent web design studio working remotely with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and elsewhere. For anything on this page, you can reach us at apexwebstudiohq04@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing stored in your browser.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.

The contact form

The form does not submit to a server we control. It composes your brief in your browser and hands it to WhatsApp or your email app when you choose to send it. Nothing is stored on this website, and we only receive the message once you press send in that app.

If you would rather not use WhatsApp, use the “Email it instead” button — it opens the same brief in your mail app.

What we receive when you contact us

Depending on what you send, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, project type, budget range and the details of your project. We use this only to:

• reply to your enquiry and answer questions;
• prepare a quote and deliver the work you ask for;
• keep records of projects we have agreed to.

We do not sell or rent your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the conversation or project, and then delete it unless we are required to keep records.

Third-party services

A few services outside our control are involved when you use this site:

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages sent through the WhatsApp links and buttons, under its own privacy policy.
• Instagram hosts our portfolio posts, linked from this site.
• Our hosting provider serves these pages and keeps the server logs described above.

We cannot control how those providers handle data. If you prefer to avoid them, email or phone us directly instead.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email apexwebstudiohq04@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

If the law where you live gives you additional rights over your personal data, we will honour those rights.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be noted on the homepage.
